How to buy
Shopping in our store is very simple; we're always available to help you throughout the entire process: just choose an item, add it to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon, and process the order using your preferred payment method. If you find it more convenient, you can also purchase almost all of our items by phone. Simply choose the item you want and call 661 827 210. The purchasing system is subject to current Spanish legislation. The price of our items and services is as indicated at all times on our website. If an error is detected in the price of an item after receiving an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident and offer you the option of canceling or maintaining the order under the correct conditions. Automatic confirmation does not validate incorrect price conditions. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded any amount you have paid. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, shipment will not be processed. The products offered in this service are intended for end consumers, for domestic use, under the terms and conditions established by the Retail Trade Law.
Product Warranty
We offer a unique warranty on all our frames. Thanks to our excellent manufacturing and finishing processes, we offer unparalleled quality. The warranty does not cover wear and/or aging due to the passage of time, damage or defects resulting from misuse, breakage, impacts, or any other incident.
Prices and discounts
We are convinced that we offer the best prices on the market, providing quality and service. The prices on our website do not correspond to those in our physical stores. Items in store may have discounted prices that cannot be used online, and vice versa. Refunds will not be accepted for purchases made with gift vouchers. These vouchers only cover one shipping cost. A gift voucher cannot be used by the same person who purchased it. Discount coupons, loyalty credit, or any other one-time discounts are not applicable to items already discounted by 50% or on special promotions. Discounts of any kind cannot be used on previously placed orders or order extensions.
Satisfaction guaranteed:
If after receiving the product you are not satisfied with it, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within an extended period of 30 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. To do this, you must contact us by contacting Goyart at our email address info@goyart.com. There are two options, if the products are smaller than 70x70x70cm, they are considered parcel goods and our commitment to free shipping and returns would apply. If the product exceeds any of the 70x70x70cm measurements, it is considered bulky shipping and would be included in our easy shipping and returns plan . You must return the merchandise with postage paid by private courier, duly packaged and protected in its original packaging . We'll be with you throughout the process to make it easier for you . We can find more advantageous shipping options to make your return easier. After receiving and verifying that it's in perfect condition, we will process the purchase price within a maximum of 48 hours. If the product is damaged or damaged during the return process, the customer must manage the damage with the company they used to arrange the return.
We cannot be held responsible for any possible color differences between the product photo and the actual product. Custom-made products, manufactured for the customer and customized in size, color, or shape, cannot be returned due to personal preference.
Breakage guarantee
If you notice any breakage or damage to the purchased item within the first 24 hours of receiving it, you can return it free of charge for a replacement. Pack and protect the merchandise properly, using its original packaging, and contact us so we can schedule pickup of the defective item. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will replace it or refund the amount.
Shipping costs
We are providing our own delivery service to our customers in Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, and Guadalajara, with the utmost care and protection measures for our customers.
We offer a flat-rate shipping plan that guarantees quality delivery for all your purchases. All deliveries include insurance against possible breakage and damage that may occur during transport. We currently ship most of our orders through our logistics partners, Gls or Correos Expres. Shipping costs to Spain are €5 for orders under €30 and €7.95 for orders under €69. Shipping costs to Portugal are free if your order exceeds €69 * . If you live in Madrid, you can pick up your order free of charge at our collection points.
*EXCEPTIONS:
Bulky items are always shipped curbside by our specialist palletized shipping companies. Bulky items are especially furniture or paintings that exceed any of these measurements, 70x70x70cm or international shipping . In any case, you can inquire, or we will contact you to arrange the best delivery option. Our easy returns policy applies to these measurements, helping our customers ensure a good shipping service during the return process.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a standard cost of €14.99 , although if the package exceeds any of these measurements (70x70x70cm), you will be contacted to assess the best shipping method.
We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands.
Shipping to Germany, France, England, Italy, or other European countries will be assessed based on a quote and mutual agreement with the customer.
Delivery of goods
There are thousands of products. After placing your order, we will confirm stock availability and delivery times with the factory. These times will vary depending on the importer's receipt date. They typically range from 10 to 15 days . For more information and peace of mind, we recommend inquiring in advance. If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel a customer's current order and refund the full purchase price.
