SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

What shipping method do you have?

We currently ship all our merchandise through our logistics partners Shipius or Correos Express, although we continue to work to always find the best option.

We offer our own delivery service to our customers in Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, and Guadalajara. We also have a cargo van for large orders and we also make delivery routes to other Spanish provinces. Plus, if you live in Madrid, you can pick up your order free of charge at our collection points.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are: -€5 for orders under €30.

                                        -7.95€ for orders up to 69€.

                                        -Free, if your order exceeds €69.

-And shipping to the Balearic Islands for €14.99 or subject to a quote if the order is over a certain volume.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times typically range between 10 and 15 days. Upon receiving your order, we confirm stock availability with the factory, and if there are any issues or stockouts, we will inform you immediately. If you have already placed your order, we will inform you. In the event of an issue, you can choose a similar product, or if you don't see anything you like, we will proceed to refund you.

If you need the product by a specific date, you can contact us without obligation regarding stock availability and delivery times, and we will be happy to inform you.

We also have an express service with 24-hour shipping with our Gremi brand (ref. 7-xxxxx). In this catalog, you can choose this fast shipping to cover a need and have it arrive on time.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. But you can take advantage of one  of your trips and take it with you, we help you schedule delivery so that the date works for you when you plan to travel.

Do you ship to Ceuta or Melilla?

We currently do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla. However, we can help you schedule delivery to suit your travel date.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

Shipping to Portugal costs €9.95, or a quote for larger items is available. We also ship to many European countries; the shipping price will be calculated upon request and mutual agreement with the customer. Many customers from Italy, France, Germany, and many other countries decorate with Goyart.

Will delivery be to my home or street level?

Delivery will be made to your home, except for bulky items, which will be delivered to the street (bulky items are defined as anything that exceeds the following measurements: 70x70x70 cm).

RETURNS, INCIDENTS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 33 days to return your order.

Are returns free?

If the product measures less than 70x70x70cm, it will be considered parcel shipment and our commitment to free shipping and returns will apply. If the product exceeds any of the 70x70x70cm measurements, it is considered bulky shipment and falls under our easy shipping and returns plan. You must return the merchandise prepaid by private courier, properly packaged and protected in its original packaging. We will be with you throughout the process to make it easier for you; we can find more advantageous shipping options to facilitate your return.

What do I do if my order has arrived broken?

If you notice any breakage or damage to the purchased item within the first 24 hours of receiving it, you can return it free of charge and we will replace it. Pack and protect the merchandise properly, using its original packaging, and contact us so we can schedule pickup of the defective item. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will replace it or refund the amount.

When will I receive a refund for my order?

If the refund is due to a lack of stock, once we confirm with you that you do not want any other items, the refund will be processed on the same day.

If the refund is due to a return, once we receive the merchandise and review its condition, the refund will be processed.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

What payment method do you use?

You can pay in the way that best suits you: Credit card, PayPal, Klarma financing, bank transfer, and Bizum.

Please note that you should never provide your card details to anyone over the phone. If we help you complete your order, we will send you an email directing you to the bank's payment gateway.

Can I finance my order?

Yes, we work with the financial institution Klarna.

Can you make me an invoice?

Yes, when placing your order, you can include a note and request an invoice. We will send it to you by email.

MY ORDER

How do I place my order?

Buying in our store is very simple, we are always at your disposal throughout the entire process: just choose an item, add it to your basket by clicking on the cart icon and checkout.  Place your order using your preferred payment method. If it's more convenient for you, you can also purchase almost all of our items by phone. Simply choose the item you want and call 661827210. A personal tip: never give your card details to anyone over the phone.

How can I find out the status of my order?

We'll keep you informed at all times, but if you need any additional information or think your order is taking longer than usual, don't hesitate to contact us. Call or send us a WhatsApp message at 661827210 or email info@goyart.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours. Once the merchandise is delivered, it cannot be modified or canceled.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

How can I tell if an item is available?

Normally, if an item appears on the website, it's because it's available. However, since the product is updated periodically by the factory, you may be caught in the update process and the website allows you to purchase it, but then it turns out it's out of stock. Do you make custom products?

We have a collection of paintings, mirrors, and clocks, which can be customized in size and color. None of the furniture is custom-made.

Are the product photos accurate?

The photos are fairly accurate, but sometimes, due to various factors, such as the lighting in the photo and screen resolution, the color may appear lighter or darker. If you require a specific color, please contact us first.

Does the furniture come assembled?

Most furniture comes assembled. Some specific models require assembly, but it's always simple and comes with instructions and, in many cases, even the necessary tools.
